Manual door-opening method is widely used. Cause it is safe and cheap. We add a limit block here. Once there's pressure inside the autoclave, the operator could not open the autoclave.Thus it is pretty safe.
Automatic door -opening method is widely used. Cause this kind of autoclave is easy to operate and convenient.
Hydraulic pressure door-opening method is convenient and mostly widely used.
Besides power driven, pneumatic ways to open the door, it also has the safety interlock. There are heating elements for warming & forcing and cooling device inside of the autoclave. It will automatic control and detect the opening and closing doors, temperature, pressure in autoclave by PLC controller, which is the glass workpiece precess.
Pneumatic door-opening method also has its own advantages.
